Thanks for checking out my channel!

I’ve got an activewear delivery!! So, today I am sharing an activewear haul and then i’m off to the gym to put my new clothing to the test.

I find it extremely difficult to get sportswear to fit my long legs so if I find a brand that accommodates to tall women I’m going to shout about it. The struggle is real!

When it comes to working out I am a gym bunny but I’m not a qualified PT so if my workout isn’t up to scratch, opps (no judgements!).

Now down to my workout, full workout routine below –

WARM UP
5 mins stretching
RDLs and deadlifts (bar only) 5 reps, 4 sets
No rest

WORKOUT
Deadlifts:
2 sets, 10 reps 40kg
2 sets, 10 reps 50kg
Sets until failure, 10 reps 60kg
1 min- 45sec rest between sets

Reverse Machine Flies:
4 sets, 10 reps
35 sec rest

T Bar Rows:
4 sets, 10 reps (5 reps supernate, 5 reps pronanted)
35 sec rests

CIRCUIT
Reverse cable machine flies,10 reps
Lateral front and side raises, 5 reps of each
Lateral front raises (increased weight), 10 reps
Sequence completed within 5 sets, short rests

WARM DOWN
5 mins stretching
