you can fit a 36 on a long cage 105 derailleur without issue i guess the hills must be even steeper to require a 40

Puts a 40 cassette on there with a ceramicspeed cage. Unless you are Chris Froome creamicspeed is the least gain for your buck and even Chris Froome is not running them 😀
Ceramicspeed cage is 500/600$, what a waste of money, just get a roadlink.

just wondering, do u guys use the granny ring for 20+% grade climbs? or will a 40T do? i currently have 42/32/22 x 11/36. Thats my bike btw XDXDXDXD
