  5. To all you paupers complaining about the price get a better job. I'm ordering all 4 , I'm glad they're not cheap i usually wear rapha but am willing to give these a go. If i don't like them after my first ride I'll give them away to some of the lower income guys i ride with on Tuesdays.

  8. Do you really wiggle like that when you ride? I was dying. cool kits. Keep up the solid work. Would buy, but would feel like a poser with the cali flag on my arm. If they are that nice the price is right. even low. Nice kits are super worth it if you have hard long days in the sattel.

  11. I think it is funny to hear people complain about the price of kits, and we are not even talking about Assos or Rapha. Yes, good kits cost a lot of money, these kits are also US made. As with everything made here, cost is more than China. If you don't care about being US made with top quality materials and having a cool design, search some bargain basement and move on. No one is making you buy the kit, just understand, there are top quality kits, and mass quantity kits.

  21. Hey VC I was going to get powertap powermeter but looks like they dont fit my 8 speed bike, looks like my only option is powertap pedals. Im going to get the p1s (single sided) because it's cheaper…I'm scared because i have been using SPD cleats and now I got to get road shoes with the keo cleats…I hope it works out okay! Do you fall down a lot walking in keo cleats? Do the cleats break as easily as people say?

  22. I see a lot of folks complaining about the price. I remember my first kit, a cheap one off of eBay or something like that. It fell apart as I put it but the bibs and jersey was only about $20 total. Then I finally spent a few hundred on a new "premium" kit. I've used that kit for about 5 years now and it still feels new every time I put it on. Great video. I get more excited about buying cycling kits than I do about any regular clothing haha

About the price issue well I paid $3 for my scins shirts i found in a bin at a super cheeep store. i think they were rejects or something and when I did a search on them found out they wer a 10 year old design. but most of them fit fine I bought like ten diferent pairs some of them were ripped some had two different sises on them My other bike shirt with a zipper which I ware over the scins on cool nights I patd $12 for seems fine to me. as for bike shorts haven't iwned a pair in 20 years. So $130 for a shirt thats a lot to me. I paid $500 for my bike second hand it probably retailed bran new for about$1200. I see people riding $5000. pinarelo's and I think they have more money than common sense. So $130 for a shirt is probably meant for that type of consumer and not me. I like the earth one best. by the way are you all sold out yet?

  30. Sadly, I just saw this video. I don't get all of the complaining… Quality kit is an investment and honestly, these jerseys are some of the best looking kit around. When buying cheap there seems to be a compromise in fit, materials and even the sewing at times…

  35. Hey yall, just want to talk about the price for a second. I want it to be SUPER CLEAR that the price is not high because of greed or that this is a cash grab type thing. Eliel is among the BEST quality kit in the world, they are made here in California, and I would rather have you bummed its too expensive, then buy it and be bummed of the quality, fit, color…I guarantee ZERO people will regret their purchase.

    Its not some $15 jersey that we are selling for $129. But I TOTALLY get that its expensive and getting it overseas is a nightmare, but I have chose to work with Eliel on my VC kits and all future kits because of their quality. I promise this not a money grab, I legit just like making kits and having people stoked on them. If it was a money grab, I would make something in china and yea, it might look similar, but you wouldn't be happy with the buy. And thats not what I want, and you dont want that either.

    If you can afford it, dope. If not, thats ok too. I love you guys/gals, and if we do business together, I need you to be 100% PUMPED AF. And Eliel makes sure that is always the case.
